Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Customer Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
PlayCafe Cancellations:
If we need to cancel your session (e.g., due to staff illness or emergency), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
A free reschedule to a future session
