1. Overview

The PlayCafe Friends Membership is for families who visit regularly and want better value and flexibility. Membership includes monthly play sessions, discounted add-ons, and selected benefits. It is subject to this policy, our Play Session Terms, and our Refund Policy.

2. Price & Billing
   •    £29 per month, billed monthly in advance
   •    Automatically renews unless cancelled with one month’s notice
   •    Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of benefits

3. What’s Included
   •    4 play sessions per month, each for 1 adult + 1 child
   •    Discounted add-ons:
   •    Additional child £5.50
   •    Under 1 £2.95
   •    Extra adult £1.75
   •    Under 6 Months free with a paying sibling
   •    3-month price protection while membership remains active
   •    10% off our menu and birthday bookings (see Section 8)

4. Not Included
   •    Guaranteed entry without booking
   •    Priority booking
   •    Free food or adult drinks
   •    Refunds or rollover for unused sessions
   •    Exclusive venue hire

5. Who Can Use It

Membership is for the named adult and their child only. It is non-transferable and cannot be shared between households. ID or membership name may be requested at check-in.

6. Booking & Use
   •    All sessions must be booked online
   •    Valid for all of our standard play sessions, subject to availability
   •    Sessions are use it or lose it within each billing month
   •    No cash value, resale, or exchange

7. Session Swap

Members may swap one session per month if requested before the session start and subject to availability. Missed sessions without notice may count as used.

8. Birthday Discount

Members receive 10% off birthday booking fees while membership is active. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. If membership is cancelled before the event, the discount may no longer apply.

9. Cancellation & Pausing
   •    One month’s notice required
   •    Benefits continue until the end of the billing period
   •    Pauses may be considered in exceptional circumstances only

10. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or if PlayCafe cancels sessions without a reasonable alternative.

11. Behaviour & Safety

All visits must follow PlayCafe rules, including supervision, respectful behaviour, food at tables only, and no outside food/drink (except baby milk and water). Membership may be suspended for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

12. Allergies

PlayCafe is not a complete allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

13. Misuse

Membership may be cancelled without refund for misuse, including sharing, repeated no-shows, abuse, or resale attempts
