Terms & Conditions

*These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By making a booking or visiting our café, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and Adminssion

All play sessions must be pre-booked via our website or at the venue (subject to availability).

Each session lasts 2 hours.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times.

The adult making the booking is responsible for the children in their party.

Walk-ins may be accepted but are not guaranteed if sessions are full.

2. Age Restrictions and Supervision

The play area is suitable for children aged 0–6 years. Older children/siblings are welcome but must be respectful of the younger children playing.

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times and ensure safe, respectful play.

Rough play, bullying, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

3. Health and Safety

Shoes must be removed in the play area; socks must be worn by both children and adults.

Please inform staff of any accidents, spills, or issues immediately.

Children who are unwell should not attend for the safety of other guests.

4. Food and Allergies

Only food and drinks purchased on-site may be consumed (unless pre-agreed for dietary or allergy reasons). Water bottles and milk for babies are welcome.

An allergen chart is available upon request—please ask a member of staff.

We do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Behaviour Policy

We are a family-friendly space and expect respectful behaviour from all guests.

Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if they are disruptive or unsafe.

6. Photography & Social Media

We may occasionally take photos for marketing and social media. Consent will always be requested.

You may take personal photos of your child(ren), but please be mindful of others’ privacy.

7. Liability

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

While we maintain a safe environment, parents/guardians are responsible for their child(ren)’s safety and behaviour.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
