This two-hour session has been designed to equip you with the fundamentals to get your feeding journey off to the best start.

What to Expect 

Alice is a midwife with over 12 years' experience in the NHS, helping families learning to feed their babies in the early days and weeks. In the session we will cover:

- Getting prepared before your baby is born

- Different choices when feeding your baby

- Common issues

- What support you can expect once your baby is born

- What kit you might need

Plus:

- Q&A with local parents 

- Follow up via email with links and references 

The cost of £20 includes entry for two adults. There is no discount for solo bookers. You will be able to select any other add ons (including children attending) to your booking at checkout.​
