Service Description

Our Pilates classes are designed especially for mums who want to gently rebuild strength after birth while staying close to their little ones. Our calm, welcoming environment means you can focus on your recovery while your baby rests, watches, or explores safely nearby. Each session combines guided postnatal Pilates with the relaxed atmosphere of PlayCafe, a space where babies and young children are not only welcome but part of the experience.
