Our Pilates & Latte sessions at PlayCafe are designed for mums who want to move, reset, and enjoy a moment for themselves all while keeping their little ones close.
In our calm, welcoming space, you’ll take part in gentle, guided Pilates while your little one rests, plays, or explores safely nearby.
This is movement designed around real life where you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and being with them.
After class, stay, relax and enjoy a well-earned latte while your little one continues to play because you deserve both movement and a moment to pause.
Each session blends Pilates with the relaxed, sociable atmosphere of PlayCafe where children are part of the experience, not a distraction.
This session is 2 hours long so you don't feel the need to rush.

Cost
£11.95 per session
Includes 1 adult participating in Pilates and 1 child and a latte or a standard hot drink of your choice.
Additional children are welcome:

Additional babies under 6 months are free with a paying sibling
If another adult wishes to attend but is not participating in the Pilates session, there is a £2 entry charge payable on the door.
A Baby-Friendly Workout
Our classes are created with the realities of early parenthood in mind. There’s no pressure to keep babies perfectly settled; feeding, cuddling and nappy changes are all completely normal during the session.
Your baby can:

Watch and interact in a relaxed, supportive space
For children who are a little older, our beautiful role play area is open so they can enjoy a play session whilst under your supervision.
Booking
You can book one or all available sessions at a time. If you'd like to book bulk sessions contact us and we'll offer a 10% discount. For single bookings, head to our booking page and click check our next availability.
Class Duration
Each session lasts 2 hours with a work out time of approximately 45-60 mins, allowing plenty of time for a gentle workout while still being baby-friendly. You will have time to enjoy PlayCafe post-workout and a latte (or standard hot drink of your choice).
What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat as there will not be one provided, water and anything your baby may need during the session (blanket, milk bottle).
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement is recommended. There is only one accessible toilet available so we recommend arriving ready to workout.
FAQs
Is there space for prams?
Yes. We have a designated space for prams and pushchairs so you can comfortably park them during the session.
It's been a while since I gave birth, can I still join?
Yes, absolutely. While the class is designed with postnatal recovery in mind, mums with older babies or toddlers are very welcome to join if the class feels suitable for them. The exercises are gentle, supportive and focused on rebuilding strength in a safe way.
Can I stay after the class?
Of course. You’re welcome to relax in PlayCafe before or after your session. We serve hot drinks, iced drinks, matcha and chai, making it a lovely opportunity to meet other mums and unwind. The session time is 2 hours with a 45-60 min workout.
Will there be more classes in the future?
Yes, this is a monthly event at PlayCafe. If you are interested in other pilates classes please do get in touch with our instructor @move_with_annabel.
